Our Guarantee
We guarantee your new site will score 90+ on Lighthouse performance on both mobile and desktop. If it doesn't at launch, we fix it at no additional cost. No questions asked.
- All images must be supplied in web-optimized formats (WebP/AVIF/SVG), or we'll optimize what you provide.
- Third-party scripts outside our integration scope (e.g. live chat, ad pixels) are excluded from the performance measurement.
- Scores measured via Chrome Lighthouse on a clean browser profile, no extensions.
Common Questions
Who owns the website when it's done?
You do, 100%. We hand over all code, credentials, and accounts at launch. No platform lock-in, no ongoing dependency on us unless you want it.
What if the project takes longer than planned?
If a delay is on our side, there's no extra cost. If delays are on your side (late content, slow approvals), we'll adjust the timeline together with no penalty, but the schedule shifts accordingly.
What do I need ready before kickoff?
Your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts if established), a rough idea of the pages you need, and a point of contact for approvals. Nothing needs to be perfect. We'll walk through everything together on the kickoff call.
Is hosting included?
Yes — hosting is included in your project price for the first 12 months from launch. After that, you can renew your contract to continue managed hosting, or we'll help you migrate to a client-owned solution at no extra charge.
What does post-launch support actually cover?
Your support window starts the day the site goes live: 60 days on Growth, 90 days on Pro, 120 days on Enterprise, or the full contract term on a monthly plan. During that window, we're on the hook for:
- Bug fixes: anything that breaks or behaves unexpectedly across supported browsers and devices
- Form & delivery issues: if a contact form misfires, submissions go missing, or spam slips through
- CMS help: questions about editing content, swapping images, or publishing blog posts
- Minor copy & image updates: small text corrections or image swaps on existing pages
Support doesn't cover new pages, new features, or integrations not in the original scope. Those are quoted separately at $150/hr. After the support window closes, we're still available; work just moves to that rate.
