What You Earn
Simple: 10% of the build fee, capped at the first $100,000. The most you'll ever earn on one referral is $10,000, no matter how big the project gets. It's a one-time thank-you on the client's first invoice, not an ongoing cut of monthly fees or future work. Paid within 30 days of that invoice clearing. Example: a $6,000 project earns you $600. A $150,000 project still earns you $10,000.
